The Empire State Troops provide security and order in the Old World. They care about compliance with the laws and in times of war they are the main forces of the Empire. The equipment of these troops can vary greatly from province to province. Besides the most common weapon, the halberd, some troops are equipped with spears or swords. State troops are generally made up of experienced soldiers, financed by city states or elector counts.
